Hi, I’m a previous blogger who has decided to jump back into it after almost 10 years. I’ve become a father and changed careers since that time. When I’m not spending time trying to figure out life, I can usually be found writing, drawing, painting as I try to bring to life the things in my mind. Also love video games and feel it’s a great way to unwind. Trying to focus on self care and love, understanding my body, mind and health.
